How can I check the status of my web order?

You can check the status of your order by contacting us at info@stagaustin.com. We will respond to all emails within 24hrs. We promise.

How can I change my order?

You can send changes to info@stagaustin.com or give us a call directly at 512.373.7824. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. And then, of course, we'll figure something out.

What credit cards do you accept?

STAG accepts Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

How do you calculate sales tax for web orders?

Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the state of Texas. We don't charge sales tax on out of state shipments.

What if the item I want is sold out?

If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at info@stagaustin.com. There’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock, and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your requests.

What is your shipping policy?

For those of you living in the lower 48 states, all orders are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $10. It's $20 for Alaska and Hawaii, $40 for Canada, and $50 for International orders.

We do not ship to multiple addresses per order.  Orders received on weekend days, holidays, and after 12:00 noon EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Irregular items such as furniture, large artwork, etc. will require custom packaging and increased rates. Call us at 512.373.7824 before purchasing any furniture or artwork and we'll work out the logistics over the phone.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our store in Austin, TX.

What is your return/exchange policy? How do I return an item?

STAG is happy to accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to STAG within 14 days of the postmarked date on your package. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@stagaustin.com with your invoice number (found on your receipt), a list of items you would like to return or exchange, and a reason for return or exhange. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by STAG.

Upon receipt of a return authorization email from STAG, pack the merchandise (unwashed, unworn, with original tags, with receipt, and free of any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new) in the original package (if possible) and send the return merchandise to: STAG, Attn: Customer Returns, 1423 S. Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78704.

Items bought online and returned by mail will be eligible for full refund. All items returned at STAG’s brick and mortar location are eligible for store credit or exchange only.  Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless we somehow sent you the wrong item in which case we'll happily refund your shipping charges), and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. STAG will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to snuff.

When your return shipment is received, we will handle your return or exchange speedily and as directed. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and STAG will cover the cost of shipping for exhanged goods that we send back to you. Please know that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

What is your policy on privacy?

We respect your right to privacy. STAG only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order.

STAG will not sell or share your name or personal information.
