Pendleton Woolen Mills, the Oregon-based company with origins dating back to 1863, presents its second season of The Portland Collection for Fall 2012. The Portland Collection features heritage-influenced designs for menswear, womenswear, and home goods with fabrics woven exclusively in Pendleton’s Northwest Mills. This Fall's collection was inspired by the early square patterns from Pendleton's late 1800s and early 1900s archives.  These designs predate looms that were able to create angular motifs, such as arrows, giving these new pieces and fabrics an innovative feel.
